today went jogging again!
haha meet manda at cwp first.
den went to buy something after tat
meet liting at 2pm to give her de money.
den walk to stadium start to jog!
jog for 30mins is around 5 rounds.
then rest went to swimming complex
and bath den slack at 911 bus stop.
HAHA:D then went home.
